How We Got Here
It Started With
Lost Shoes.
Running a hotel is hard. Guests leave things behind, and operators are expected to handle all of it calmly, quickly, correctly, while everything else keeps moving. After struggling to recover his own lost item from a hotel, Paul used his logistics background to build ileftmystuff.com alongside a network of hotel partners. Hotels that worked with ILMS didn't just recover lost items. They recovered trust.
A major hotel brand loved not just the results, but the way the ILMS team worked. The responsiveness. The genuine investment in making their staff's jobs easier. So when they ran into a problem they couldn't solve, incident reports filed late, edited after the fact, falling apart under legal scrutiny, they didn't go looking for a software vendor. They didn't put out a request for proposals. They didn't hire a consultant.

They called Paul.
